The Bristol Hotel is a historic 65-room full-service boutique hotel that McCall capitalized in Q3 2017 through a $30M+ multi-layered capital stack consisting of federal and state historic tax credits, New Market Tax Credits, bank financing, and equity capital. The custom-designed, fully renovated hotel was placed into service in Q4 2018. The creative architecture blends the original 1920s art deco design with modern elements, lighting, and products, resulting in a modern-day historic gem.
